Project Coordinator

Isabel Descutner brings four years of project management experience to the 434 Marketing team in her role as project coordinator. Isabel works closely with 434’s management, sales, and production teams to ensure the creation of high-quality deliverables through efficient internal processes.

Prior to joining 434, Isabel worked as a project manager, learning management system administrator, and voice actor on highly collaborative global teams for several international companies. Her previous work includes managing the development and creation of several multi-language professional leadership development courses as well as lending her voice to IBM’s Cognitive Class online learning program and DeepLearning.tv, a large data and analytics educational YouTube channel.

“I’m excited to be joining a team so devoted to creating great work for their clients. I find the most joy in my work when I get to help my team find ways to ‘bring order to chaos.’ I’m so lucky to get to be more involved in creating processes that allow us to do right by our clients,” Isabel said.

Isabel utilizes her previous creative and collaborative experiences from both business and entertainment professions to create a team-centered environment focused on building an effective and impactful client experience. 

Isabel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. In her free time, Isabel enjoys reading, singing, playing video games, and spending time with her fiancé, Rush, and their corgi, Roger.
